ABC-Int Sahara Institute of Management is an independent firm with more than 7 years of experience in the field of management and leadership. Since 2003, we have been successfully providing our clients with business and professional solutions, as well as expertise in organization, management and development of human resources.

ABC-Int Sahara offers an impressive range of training, seminars and workshops. Our experienced trainers provide these services to large numbers of organizations, both public and private. 1. Public training Programs

Public training programs are open to participants from any organization such as Schools, Institutes, Colleges, Clubs, Associations and Political parties for students, teachers, professionals, leaders and general publics. The training programs to be offered in 2008 are given in the directory.

2. In – Company training programs

Most of the training programs described in the directory can be offered “In – Company” in English and Malayalam and are then designed to effectively and economically meet the specific needs of the client.

3. Individualized In-house Training Programs at Sahara Institute:

Represent Concentrated, practical, one-to-one coaching sessions, with individuals receiving the full-time attention of specialized and experienced trainer.

Training Methodology

ABC-Int Sahara Institute of Management  relies on a variety of training and facilitation methods and techniques. Used wherever applicable, these methods are aimed at enhancing individual and group interaction while maximizing learning.

Some of these methods are:-

Brief presentation by Trainer.
Group debrief
Individual and team exercises, indoors and outdoors
One-to-one and group discussions
Video films, video taping and playback
Self analysis questionnaires and learning instruments
Individual action plans (to follow up and evaluate training results)

Action Plans & Training follow up

To ensure the concepts and skills introduced in our programs are duly transferred to the workplace, ABC-Int Sahara Institute of Management  is ready to incorporate an “action plan” section at the end of any training programs. This section will constitute an integral part of the training and will be completed by the participants before the closing of the program.

If requested by the clients, ABC-Int Sahara Institute of Management  also stands ready to design a follow-up training session and/or consult with the client to try to expedite the transfer of learning and to deal with any post-training issues which may impact the business.
